Do you remember me telling you about the poppy that was having a second flush of leaves? Well, that bud it sent out was obviously determined to open, despite the lateness of the year and the ravages of Storm Aiden over the weekend. It's looking a tad battered and torn now but how appropriate that it should have flowered so close to Remembrance Day.....
