Father, Mother, God,

Thank you for your presence during the hard and mean days.
For then we have you to lean upon.

Thank you for your presence during the bright and sunny days.
For then we can share that which we have with those who have less.

And thank you for your presence during the Holy Days.
For then we are able to celebrate you and our families and our friends

For those who have no voice, we ask you to speak.

For those who feel unworthy, we ask you to pour your love out in waterfalls of tenderness.

For those who live in pain, we ask you to bathe them in the river of your healing.

For those who are lonely, we ask you to keep them company.

For those who are depressed, we ask you to shower upon them the light of hope.

Dear Creator, You, the borderless sea of substance, we ask you to give to all the world that which we need most.....PEACE.

Still here!

Well, my lovlies, it seems that I haven't actually posted anything of substance since last July!  As you may have gathered from the picture above, I was intending to write a post last month but time just slipped away from me and here we are halfway through March already!  My lack of blogging certainly hasn't been because of nothing going on ~ in all honesty, I just haven't been able to drum up the enthusiasm to actually try to write anything *sigh*

To tell the truth, as last year wore on I found myself feeling somewhat low and out-of-sorts, with an accompanying just-can't-be-bothered sort of attitude.  Looking back now that I am feeling more positive and settled, I can see that the "big move" was way more stressful than either of us had thought it would be.  Sorting out poor St Abbs hasn't been as straightforward as we had thought it would be either, with various things cropping up that we hadn't been expecting.  I guess we were being somewhat naive with our expectations of how things would progress but as always, it's easy to be wise with hindsight.

Still, I'm feeling much more my old self once again and hopefully I've now managed to shrug off the can't-be-arsed state of mind I've been in over the last few months.  I'm really looking forward to sharing all that's been happening with St Abbs ~ I just hope you are all ready to be deluged with lots of new posts and photos LOL
